Cracker

This is one of the best books I have ever read! I hate reading but I loved this one! Cracker is a super smart German Shepherd, he knows more than 90 words and is very loyal .She has lived with Willie since she was about six months old, but before she turns two her life changes a lot. Willie's father has been fired, and the family needs to move to an apartment that doesn't allow dogs.

I thought Cracker was a very good book. Anyone who has a warm heart I would not recommend to. I had a great time reading this book! I am not a big reader but after this book I really think if there is a good book out there I'll find it! My favorite part of the book is when Cracker is getting trained.

Cracker has become a very well trained dog! He likes to eat! I wonder if the author of this book is still alive? I also wonder if Cracker will die in the end? This book is a very good book if you like dogs and war. I wonder if the Cracker's trainer ends up dieing in war?

The book has a few settings. One setting is at Cracker's original house. Another setting is at the training camp where they train the dogs, another setting is at Vietnam where it all occurs but I haven't gotten there yet. All of the dogs at the training camp are nice except Cracker because he is scared and nervous. The owner gives him wieners so he behaves and gets acquainted to him. I have really enjoyed this book so far, I can not wait until I get to the Vietnam part.
